Walking around Montorgueill

Though the apartment was less than we expected, the area called Montorgueill is sweet and cute. I suppose that is a female description, but it is a very picturesque street.

It has been turned into a pedestrian walkway with shops on both sides.
We buy our bread and croissants here.

Every kind of cheese is found in this shop. It is unbelievable.

Strawberries, cherries, raspberries and blueberries are sold here as well as oranges and apples.

Even flowers stand out in the cold waiting to be picked.
At the far corner  is a Starbucks, and the coffee is not any more expensive than the local coffee. There is a lot more milk. Two brasseries exist a block apart and many small cafes. But I will tell you more in the next entry.

  1. How are those berries in season? They must not be local. If they are, they must have been grown in a hothouse. DISAPPOINTED! Tsk, tsk, Paris.
